At Team Headquarters, we're committed to getting your order to you as conveniently as possible. We offer standard shipping across Canada and North America, as well as a variety of local pickup options for customers in the Hamilton, Oakville, and Greater Toronto Area.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Standard Shipping — Canada & North America A flat rate of $15.00 CAD applies to all shipped orders within Canada and North America. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of North America.

We recommend checking back periodically, as we may introduce free shipping thresholds or promotional rates in the future.

Local Pickup Options

We offer free or low-cost pickup at several convenient locations. At checkout, select the pickup option that works best for you.

Pickup availability may vary by product and order. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled and shipped or is ready for pickup.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update after your shipment notification.
