At Team Headquarters, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent service. Please review our return policy below to understand our guidelines for returns and exchanges.
Customized and Personalized Products
- Final Sale: Any products that have been customized and/or personalized, or fall under the category of "Custom", are not eligible for return. These items are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Non-Customized Products
- Return and Exchange Window: Products that were purchased without customization and/or personalization can be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be in their original condition, unworn, and unaltered. Items that are damaged or have been altered in any way are not eligible for return, even within the 30-day period.
Damaged or Altered Goods
- Non-Eligibility: Goods that are damaged or have been altered are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Return Process
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team at Team Headquarters to initiate a return or exchange. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible, and include all tags, accessories, and documentation. Ship or deliver the item to the address provided by our customer service team.
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Team Headquarters error (e.g., incorrect item sent, product defect).
Refunds and Exchanges
- Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Refunds: If the product is eligible for return, you will receive a refund to your original method of payment.
- Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you at no additional cost once the returned item is received and inspected.
